I’m totaly disapointed with this machine. It throws the unmelted sugar all over the kitchen, then the half melted sugar shoots out and sticks to the bowl. When it finaly gets hot enough to make cotton candy, there isn’t much sugar left to make the cotton candy. If you add more sugar at this point, the shooting/spraying/throwing process starts all over! Also, make sure that you hold on to the machine while it is running. If you dont, the vibration is so bad that the machine will “walk” itself right off the table or counter.

Such a Bumnmer!
I love cotton candy and my husband bought me this cotton candy maker for our anniversary and although we try and try we just cannot get it to work. I have it all cleaned up and ready to be returned, just waiting to find the time.

Run from this product. Look at all these bad reviews. I will just add another one. Very, very disappointing. The wheel in the center was off center making the machine not work at all. I am taking it back immediately and will not replace it with the same brand. I am going with another brand altogether.
