This is a great freezer bowl for making soft serve! I bought an extra one because the key is that you just have to have it in the freezer for at least 24 hours to make sure it is totally frozen. It does not retain its coldness to make a second batch, and it isn’t supposed to. It is fun being able to make soft serve ice cream at home.

Good price, you don’t have to freeze it overnight. 10-12 hours is fine.

Thishas work awesome. we mak ice cream at least 4 times a week and this has been perfect every time.
